In an arena overflowing with job portals trying to cater to every possible job function, meticulously filtering high-quality sales and marketing talent was an overwhelming task. Our Story

Once upon a bustling business landscape, there were three professionals whose paths converged over a single, shared pain point—a tedious, often fruitless journey to hire top-notch sales and marketing talent. These were Sofi Zahoor, a seasoned HR expert; Kabir Khanna, a maestro in the digital marketing realm; and Rakesh Khatumria, a virtuoso among software professionals. Each, with a rich backstory of experience spanning more than 20 years, had a tale to tell.

The trio often found themselves lamenting the high churn of sales and marketing professionals, an industry trend that seemed to be the rule rather than the exception. Time and again, they witnessed the chaos that ensues when a team member departs—campaigns stutter, growth wanes, and momentum crumbles.
