About the job

  • Conducting Recruitment Drives in prospective areas to onboard variable pay resources for the channel in designated geographies.
  • Responsible for highest level of Business Partner relationship management and be a single point contact for them.
  • Ensure governance and SOP adherence by allocated Business Partners
  • Drive localised recognition and sales drive for the allocated Business Partners
  • Manage attrition level of Business Partners
  • Negotiate and establish profitable network of recruitment channels
