About the job

 Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market

segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales.

 Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents – Identify, recruit and manage advisors

from the respective region.

 Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.

 Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business .

 Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.

Ideal Profile – Criteria – Agency Frontline Sales (Mandate) :

Age – 26 to 40 yrs

Education – Only Graduate / Post- Graduate

Industry – LI industry with domain experience are prefer

Sales Experience – Minimum 2 Yrs

Distance between Work 2 Home – Not beyond 15 Kms

Business commitment – 4X of proposed salary in (M0+M1 to M3)

Ideal prospecting measuring (for Agent recruitment) –

 Income Group – annual family income – min 4L

 Life Stage – Married with young kids

 Relationship with prospect
