We are seeking a motivated Manager – Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR manager, it is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong sales leadership and a passion for technology . You will be responsible for managing a team for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, setting appointments, and ensuring successful conversion for our Source to Pay product within RazorpayX

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Razorpay products
  • Deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of RZP by sharing knowledge, ideas, and suggestions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Saas/Fintech industry.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
