We are seeking a motivated Manager – Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR manager, it is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong sales leadership and a passion for technology . You will be responsible for managing a team for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, setting appointments, and ensuring successful conversion for our Source to Pay product within RazorpayX
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Razorpay products
- Deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of RZP by sharing knowledge, ideas, and suggestions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Saas/Fintech industry.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
