About the job

What is the Sales Manager responsible for?

  • Responsible for running the designated set of relationships in Delhi Market.
  • This position will focus on Retail Sales primarily from ND Channels and may require managing select MFDs.
  • Key responsibility would be to manage designated set of relationships assigned across various categories and achieving Gross Sales, Net Sales, AUM & SIP numbers.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Any other assignment / projects that may come.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Sales Manager?

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and SIPs and Asset targets defined each year.
  • Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Graduate, preferably Management graduate
  • 6 to 10 years of sales, preferably in wealth management / Mutual Fund Industry
  • High Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets
  • AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors’ Module) mandatory
  • Should possess relationship management skills / channel management experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi
  • Hands on over Microsoft Office.

Work Shift Timing – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
