Role & responsibilities:
• Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
• Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
• Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels
• Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
• Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
• Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan

• Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections
