Sofi Zahoor


Wharton School Alumnus & Global leadership award winner. Sofi is Chief Executive Officer of HumanCap India. Sofi draws on extensive business transformation experience for global multinationals. He is passionate about inspiring leaders to give their very best, serving as a catalyst for connecting, engaging, and bringing out the best in people and teams. Sofi believes in “winning from within” and as such he mentors and coaches next-generation executives to become their best selves, and is preparing them to move to the C-suite.

Sofi Zahoor brings several years of professional experience to Industry . Prior to HumanCap India, Sofi worked for Quark Inc as CHRO for 18 years. During his career he has worked with multinational companies and Indian business across several positions. His 26+ years of experience in IT industry brings forth an unique blend of cross functional experience with over 3 years of experience in Customer Support, 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and almost 18 years in Human Resources management covering areas of Talent Management, Organizational Design, Performance Management and entire gamut of change management initiative in the area of HR and Operations.

Kabir Khanna


With a dynamic presence in the digital marketing sphere, Kabir Khanna stands out as a visionary and an innovator. Beyond being a driving force behind 'A Billion People,' Kabir has carved out a niche for himself in the digital realm, demonstrating profound expertise across a broad spectrum of digital marketing disciplines.

His body of work spans various aspects of digital marketing including Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Online Research, Lead Generation, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Web Development. This diverse skill set underscores Kabir's adaptability and his ability to navigate the digital landscape with ease.

Kabir's personal philosophy, hinted at through his quote — "Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is, I don’t know which half" — reflects a mindset of constant evaluation and optimization, striving to uncover the most efficient and impactful marketing strategies.

Rakesh Khatumria


Rakesh, has 25+ years of extensive experience building and leading teams, designing, and implementing innovative solutions, bridging disparate technologies. Strong communication skills and able to interact with diverse groups, build consensus among peers and improve and maintain professional working relationships throughout the organization.

He has always been a product guy, has worked at a reputed Product MNC, Quark Software Inc, for 20 years, where he was the Director of Engineering, leading research and development of multiple products in Quark’s Enterprise product portfolio, as well as TCS. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from NSIT, Delhi University. He is an avid biker and cherishes his weekend rides with his riding buddies!
