We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Senior Manager in Business Development with a specialization in digital ad sales and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling digital services, This role requires exceptional networking abilities, a deep understanding of digital services, and proficiency in all stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to sell digital ads and services, focusing on Media buys and agency services to top brands and corporate organizations.
  • Utilize existing networks and establish new contacts to generate business opportunities and foster relationships with key brands and marketing connections in the region.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Leverage past experience and industry knowledge to effectively pitch and present digital ads and service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Effective assessment of client needs and propose customized advertisement solutions that ensure brand visibility .
  • Responsible for enhancing revenue, within existing and new clients, through continuous sales processes and upsell through positioning of new product mix.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of selling digital ads.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the industry, which can be leveraged to develop new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Deep understanding of digital ads and agency services and their potential impact on clients’ businesses.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector, dealing with high-profile clients.
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
