Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The primary aim of this role is to drive the organization’s Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Dealer Management System (DMS) agenda, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing field force efficiencies and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Managing and driving a robust SFA & DMS System and connected processes
- Provide support to sales team in using efficient tools for executing and monitoring SFA & DMS processes.
- Develop new digital tools/processes to align with business strategies and build tracking/monitoring mechanisms to enhance sales processes’ effectiveness.
- Engage with sales team and other internal stakeholders to execute new Digital Projects.
II. Overseeing development and implementation of new SFA & DMS modules and initiatives
- Understand project requirements of the business to ensure final output meets business needs.
- Provide training and implementation of SFA & DMS tools and features.
- Govern vendor partners to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
III. Ensuring Data Sanity and Accuracy
- Maintain accuracy and uniqueness of all masters and databases.
- Define SOPs for maintaining all masters and ensure compliance from relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless integration of masters and database with peripheral systems.
IV. Delivering seamless helpdesk experience for the field force and channel partners
- Ensure continuous improvement of helpdesk support team service levels to the field force, channel partners and internal teams.
- Maintain TAT within agreed limits.
- Conduct periodic cadence with the helpdesk teams to establish a governance structure for control and monitoring performance.
- Provide timely helpdesk analytics, insights, and feedback to Business on current opportunities, challenges, and solutions for improvement.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc
Experience: 3+ years
Skills:
- Relevant experience in driving and providing complete support to SFA & DMS tools
- Experience in project management and business intelligence.
- Analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, strong communication skills, proficiency in day-to-day operations and follow-up
- Ability to interact with the senior leadership team and drive SFA & DMS agenda.
