Job Responsibilities:
- As a VP of Business Development, you’ll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow
- You will often serves as the face of the company, brand, or product, including your corporate culture
- Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
- Adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as technology, sales and marketing teams.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
- As a VP of Business Development, you will work closely with stakeholders from Product Development / Engineering teams and collaborate for customer success .
Skills & Qualifications:
- BE / MBA with total of 12 plus years of experience in high tech industry
- Proven business development, sales / marketing experience with min 5 years of supervisory or management experience with entrepreneurial mindset and outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Prior Experience of working in software development / technology transformation programs with IT Software/services or large consulting majors is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about products or services to outsiders , including prospective customers, clients, partners of vendors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
