Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Performance Marketer/Digital Media Buyer role located in Noida. The Performance Marketer/Digital Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our clients’ digital marketing campaigns and optimizing their conversion through performance marketing techniques. They will be expected to work with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively. They will leverage a data-driven approach to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across all digital channels, driving customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms, focusing on achieving specific goals such as sales or lead generation.
  • Leverage additional platforms like Twitter, Amazon, and Flipkart for extended campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimal ROAS.
  • Develop strategies tailored to clients’ specific goals and milestones.
  • Manage significant ad budgets across various platforms, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and marketplace advertising.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools like Kontrol, Wigzo, or MoEngage to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, planning, and implementing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic advertising
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other related digital marketing tools
  • Experience with digital media buying, media planning, and media optimization
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Optimization (LPO)
  • Familiarity with marketplace advertising on Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data-driven marketing techniques
  • Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
