Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Thane. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating and managing content for social media platforms, generating leads, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns
· Should be able to generate quality leads on Facebook, Insta and Linked In
· Should be able to run display ads across the social media platform
· Design, build and maintain our social media presence
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights and Should be able to reduce the cost per lead
· Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies.
· Work with internal teams to create landing pages and improve the consumer experience.
· Use your analytical abilities to assess the experience of our audience over multiple channels.
· Help in setting and optimizing marketing funnels (e.g, click funnel, conversion funnel, etc).
Qualifications
Proven working experience in digital marketing
· Strong experience in lead generation on Facebook, Insta and Linked In would be preferred
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
· Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
