We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing strategies.

As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute a results-driven,multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Lead Acquisition, Researching organizations and individuals online (through LinkedIn) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction. • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
  • Create and manage email databases for lead generation and customer segmentation
  • Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services
  • Optimize email content and design to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Customizing content in terms of market research report/titles aptly suiting the needs of the clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in email marketing managerial role
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms, such as Mail Chimp or Hub Spot
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
