Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute robust PPC strategies and conduct experiments with messaging, platforms, and channels.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as CPA and ROAS for objectives ranging from awareness, app installs and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the creative agency for the creative delivery of ads
  • SEO Optimization:
  • Work closely with the SEO agency to implement effective optimization strategies.
  • Regularly assess and improve content effectiveness, website ranking and brand/product visibility.
  • Outbound Marketing:
  • Plan and implement outbound digital marketing campaigns using channels like WhatsApp, SMS and Email.
  • Use marketing automation tools (CRM) to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Channel Activation, Reporting, and Analytics:
  • Activate and manage digital channels for optimal results based on business objectives.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess and enhance campaign and channel effectiveness.

Requirement:

  • 4-6 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing media plans across digital channels.
  • Expertise in outbound digital marketing, including Email, WhatsApp, and SMS using marketing automation tools like Zoho CRM. HubSpot etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, and Content Marketing tools and concepts.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Mille (CPM)
  • Email marketing metrics
  • Website performance metrics
  • SQL/MQL Conversion Rate (CVR)
