We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in Google Ads and has expertise in managing campaigns on Email, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have experience managing marketing campaigns and Google Ads accounts for BPO/ outsourcing companies. Your primary responsibilities will be maintaining the Google Ad accounts of our company and analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can help us improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and manage cost per click.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to optimize ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Track performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance for management review.
  • Stay updated with the trends and changes in Google Ads as well as social media platforms.
  • Provide recommendations for advertising budgets.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record, in managing social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience managing marketing campaigns and Google Ads accounts for BPO/ outsourcing companies.
  • Holding a Google Ads certification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Skills coupled with a results-driven mindset.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience using tools such, as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Knowledge of online marketing principles, strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Proactive mindset, with a constant drive to enhance existing processes.
