Looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager (at least 3 years experience) for Facebook and Google Ads who can lead a team, build and execute strategies, and be the POC to the client.

Key Skill Set: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Client Handling, Team Handling, Excel, Media Planning

Work Experience: 2+ years in Facebook Ads, 2+ years in Google Ads, 2+ years in Client Handling

Work Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Workdays: 5 days work week

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing for D2c brands:

• Responsible for setting the overall performance marketing and acquisition strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across channels.

• Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Affiliate, Paid Social, Direct buys, etc.

• Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions, and revenue

• Close monthly performance plans internally and with the agency to meet monthly targets.

• Execute, track, and optimize campaigns daily/weekly with the agency. Report on performance as per the decided formats.

• Responsible for working with internal teams to create ad copies & assets.

• Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.

• Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous A/B testing, innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning.

• Plan and execute the paid social media strategy along with the social team.

• Responsible for coordinating with the finance team to check and get all the agency invoices cleared in time.

Team & Client handling:

• Responsible for being the POC for the client and taking weekly review meetings with them.

• Being in constant touch with the client for all sorts of requirements.

  • Guiding the team and taking regular team meetings to ensure smooth execution.
