What is the Sales Manager responsible for?
- Responsible to run a designated set of relationships in Market.
- This position will focus on retail sales primarily from select banking (private & consumer), ND and select MFD channels.
- Key responsibility would be to manage designated set of relationships assigned across various categories and achieving Gross Sales, Net Sales, AUM & SIP numbers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Any other assignment / projects that may come.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of Sales Manager?
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and SIPs and Asset targets defined each year.
- Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.
- Plan and execute engagement activities which can help build long lasting relationships and eventually drive sales numbers.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- Graduate, preferably MBA
- Over 5 years of sales experience, in wealth management / Mutual Fund Industry
- High Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets
- AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors’ Module) mandatory
- Should possess relationship management skills / channel management experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Local language.
- Hands on over Microsoft Office.

Shift Work Timing – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
