What is the Sales Manager responsible for?
- Responsible for running the designated set of relationships in Mumbai Market.
- This position will focus on Retail Sales primarily from ND Channels and may require managing select MFDs.
- Key responsibility would be to manage designated set of relationships assigned across various categories and achieving Gross Sales, Net Sales, AUM & SIP numbers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Any other assignment / projects that may come.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Sales Manager?
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and SIPs and Asset targets defined each year.
- Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- Graduate, preferably Management graduate
- 6 to 10 years of sales, preferably in wealth management / Mutual Fund Industry
- High Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets
- AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors’ Module) mandatory
- Should possess relationship management skills / channel management experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi
- Hands on over Microsoft Office.

Work Shift Timing – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
