Job Description-Sales Officer

  • Graduates/Diploma – minimum 0-1-year experience in Sales
  • Excellent Communication in Kaneda & English and People skills
  • Driving license compulsory ( Two & Four wheeler )

Goals

  • Make the customers visit the showroom memorable and also ensuring an increase in sales & re-visits.
  • Achieve monthly target.
  • Advisor to a customer helps the Customer decide according to his needs

Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership

Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential

customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models

Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers

Source and work on customer referrals

Answer all lead and customer questions accurately

Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options

Promote specific products as directed by upper management

Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests,

Matching them to the most appropriate car.
