Introduction on the role:

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the planning and execution of Heydude India advertising strategy – including Paid Search, social media, Remarketing and Affiliate – for HD online stores as well as for marketplaces. You are responsible for driving brand awareness and consideration by developing and executing marketing campaigns in line with brand strategy. You will be responsible for managing relationship with marketing partners i.e Google, Facebook, CRM partner, agency etc.

What will you do?

 

  • Manage the digital marketing budget in the most effective way.
  • Bring creative ideas to drive Brand awareness and consideration.
  • Coordinate the execution, optimization and analysis of Search Advertising campaigns on Google and Search Remarketing campaigns;
  • Coordinate the execution, optimization and analysis of Paid Social, Display Remarketing and Affiliate;
  • Coordinate the execution of Marketplace campaigns at marketplaces.
  • Evaluating digital marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI together with finding opportunities to constantly optimize for reaching the set KPI targets;
  • Collaborate to develop the go-to-market tactics for advertising channels.
  • Feed optimization and campaign tracking set up.
  • Keep your knowledge up to date with the latest industry trends and new features.

Who are you?

 

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics or related field of study;
  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and managing a team
  • Good understanding of Search advertising, SEO, Paid Social, Remarketing and Affiliate;
  • Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to create forecasts on how to optimize the available marketing budget within different markets and in line with the business goals/KPIs;
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, A/B testing and keywords analysis for driving campaign design and successful roll-out;
  • Proven ability in manually optimizing and effectively expanding large Paid Search accounts. The knowledge of bid management tools, AdWords spreadsheets or paid search automation is a plus;
  • Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects;
  • Experience with marketplace advertising is a plus
  • Experience with presenting results and opportunities with higher management
  • Detailed planning balanced by flawless execution;
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. The knowledge of additional European languages is a plus;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
