About the job
Analyst Relations
• Identify and strengthen relationships with key influencers like analysts and consultants in order to achieve high share-of-voice in their reports, favourable feedback in their consulting engagements, and leadership rankings in their assessments
• Co-ordinate with product, sales, and presales teams for the creation of market-ready briefing and engagement documents
• Working with internal teams to reply to analysts’ and influencers’ RFIs across Finacle solutions, organizing demos and client references
• Drive Finacle’s brand awareness, engagement and demand generation goals by leveraging various marketing channels and agencies effectively
• Build and drive regular communications, and engagement calendar with influencers
• Share insights from analysts with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Implement activities for advocacy, lead-generation, and cross-sell leveraging influencer networks
• Budgeting and operations management: managing systems and processes and ensuring compliance
2) Partner Marketing
• Nurturing a systematic value creation and delivery centric approach to partner marketing
• Develop joint annual marketing plans with new and existing partners
• Expand brand visibility & differentiation through joint go-to-market campaigns
• Collaborate closely with partners, and Finacle product teams to develop joint positioning and associated communication assets such as brochures, case studies, research reports, and media engagement plans
• Plan and execute partner-marketing campaigns to generate leads for joint offerings
• Drive partner participation and engagement in Finacle events. Similarly, support Finacle’s participation in partner events
• Plan and execute regular communications with the partner ecosystem
Knowledge / Skills Required
• Experience in B2B Marketing for software products
• Strong English communication skills, with proven content creation capabilities and high impact communication across multiple formats
• Sound understanding of the banking industry
• Broad marketing skills including lead generation and events management
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships
• Proven ability to work in a high-demand, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a software product company preferred
