SonyLIV is seeking an experienced Cluster Head – West – Ad Sales (LCS & SME), Digital Business. The primary role of the incumbent will be top-line and bottom-line responsibility of SME and LCS Business for Digital Business, West Region.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education: Master’s Degree
Experience: 13 to 16 years Ad Sales experience with preferably 4 to 5 years in Digital, should have managed mid-large size teams, Min $40mn revenue handling.

Reporting Relationship: Head Ad Sales – Digital
Business/Channel/Function: Digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the SME & LCS client base and constantly creating a digital brand need in the SME & LCS consumer segment.
- Strategize towards securing a steady base of both SME & LCS customers by means of acquiring long-term commitments.
- Developing preferred partnership with top digital advertisers and developing a network of channel partners through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals
- Adding to the existing client base to garner maximum share of digital advertising budgets.
- In depth account and channel management by means of client servicing through customized properties/deals, and other digital brand solutions for critical launches.
- The incumbent will be responsible for direct, SME & LCS sales, Revenue generation through sponsorship deals, Client and Agency Relationship Management
- Incumbent must have good organization skills and ability to get things done by liaising and managing expectations.
- Must possess excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills, be able to follow procedures, work well independently or in a team setting, be adaptable to changes.
- Experienced with sponsorship sales, sales on the SME side and excellent presentation skills will be preferred.

Technical
- Must have at least 12-15 years of media / advertising sales background. Preferably from TV Ad Sales + Digital Ad Sales
- Must be well versed with client strategies and advertising agencies and channel partners from West – should be well networked and connected.
- Efficient to handle business as an entrepreneur.
