B2B Sales Manager is responsible for Generating New Business from the Assigned Territory ( North Region).
You will be working with Corporate Clients across the Industry and Corporate Distributors to achieve assigned Volume and Value Target.
Job Duties
Ø Identifying new business opportunities and setting up meetings,
Ø Planning and Execution of order with Clients and Partners.
Ø communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Ø Identify new corporates across the city and line up meeting with them.
Ø Key Account Management & Service the existing clients.
Ø Ensure achievement of annual targets for the region.
Ø Develop new business accounts & generate decent contribution.
Ø Liaison with influencers / opinion makers (Purchase Manager, Marketing manager &HR Manager, Admin Manager),
Ø Candidates having exposure of handling Multiple category
Ø
Desired Candidate Profile
Ø Experience in Institutional Sales specifically B2B business e.g. Trade promotion & Consumer promotion, Employee Gifting ,e.g-FMCG, Cement, Auto Ancillary, Paints Company.
Ø Experience in Sales/ institutional/ B2B Sales & Marketing
Ø Experience in Pharma, Employee & Festival gifting
Ø Experience In Handling Loyalty & Reward Company
Ø Knowledge & Understanding about MFI Business & Govt Tender.
Ø Relationship with corporate distributor & IT Partner
Ø Knowledge of Canteen business is additional advantage.
Ø Territory knowledge of North and East
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Qualification – MBA/PGDBM
Experience – 6+ years
