Position: Senior Category Manager
Location : Bangalore
Job Duties
- Set monthly sales targets and develop sales and supply plans based on company strategy, market insights, and competition analysis.
- Monitor sales data, analyse reasons for performance, manage sales risks, and be accountable for sales volume, P&L, inventory levels, and forecasting.
- Manage channel requests, sales expenses, and drive the achievement of required market share.
- Lead go-to-market preparations for new product launches, ensuring marketing and channels are ready for each launch. Program management for each product through IPMS.
- Own forecasting, launch preparation, 1st sale, BAU run rates, event planning, product lifecycle management, and EOL management.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis of Product Strategy, Channel Strategy, Product P&L, and Competition landscape.
- Drive improvement initiatives through engagement with key teams, including Marketing (Launch + Sustenance), Product (Consumer Insights, Ratings), SCM (Stock Allocation, Production Priority), Quality (Key Issues), CS & Service (Customer Feedback & Escalations).

Qualification – Any Masters Degree
Experience – 5+ years
