- Manage a portfolio of national premium accounts like a seasoned chef along with exceeding goals for retention, development, and maintenance
- Own the complete P&L across partners effectively
- Manage and coordinate onboarding, POS integration, menu changes, and operational performance metrics
- Gather restaurant feedback and provide recommendations for improvements
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to keep restaurants informed and positioned for success
- Zeal for building deep, mutually beneficial relationships that are not transactional in nature
- Analytical rigour to understand data and identify growth opportunities for your partners
- Proactive, and not reactive – to identify restaurant issues and get them resolved
