- Proven experience in residential sales in Delhi NCR region.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Hindi)
- Has consistently met or exceeded sales targets
- Comes with a well-connected channel partner network to drive major sales opportunities and partnerships
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance long-term business opportunities
- Comfortable with being on the job 24*7 (Saturday / Sunday working, public holidays working, 1 week day off)
