Profile: Demand Generation Lead
Location: Working from Office in Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, SEM/SEO, webinars, events, and more.
- Identify target market segments and develop tailored messaging and content to effectively reach and engage key audiences.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to manage lead nurturing and scoring processes, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with sales objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs, provide support with lead generation efforts, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support demand generation initiatives as needed.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in demand generation, marketing technology, and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.

- Must be self-driven, who can proactively provide regular updates, volunteer to improve the general data reporting
- Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with fellow analysts and management
- Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new tools/technology quickly
- Understanding of ecommerce business (preferred but not mandatory)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred with at least 1-2 years of experience
- Proven track record of success in demand generation or digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
