Profile: Demand Generation Lead

Location: Working from Office in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, SEM/SEO, webinars, events, and more.
  • Identify target market segments and develop tailored messaging and content to effectively reach and engage key audiences.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to manage lead nurturing and scoring processes, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs, provide support with lead generation efforts, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support demand generation initiatives as needed.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in demand generation, marketing technology, and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.

  • Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with fellow analysts and management
  • Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new tools/technology quickly
  • Understanding of ecommerce business (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred with at least 1-2 years of experience
  • Proven track record of success in demand generation or digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
