Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of event management skills, SEO, proficiency in leveraging ChatGPT for brand communication, expertise in Google Ads, trafficking experience, and a background working with advertising agencies. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand image, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent brand representation across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

  • Develop and implement innovative brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking.

Brand Communication:

  • Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools for effective brand communication.
  • Manage brand communication channels, including social media, websites, and traditional media.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute impactful events to promote the brand and engage with the target audience.
  • Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and activations for successful event outcomes.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize online presence and reach target audiences.

Trafficking and Analytics:

  • Oversee trafficking activities to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies accordingly, and provide regular reports.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align brand strategies.

Agency Management:

  • Interface with external advertising agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Evaluate agency performance and provide constructive feedback.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for brand-related activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Allocate resources strategically to maximize brand impact.

Brand Guidelines:

  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements.
  • Implement and enforce brand standards across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 to 14 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital marketing, and event management.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, with a track record of successful brand development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with ChatGPT for communication.
  • Proficiency in event management and coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and trafficking for digital campaigns.
  • Previous experience working with advertising agencies is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
