- Conducting Recruitment Drives in prospective areas to onboard variable pay resources for the channel in designated geographies.
- Responsible for highest level of Business Partner relationship management and be a single point contact for them.
- Ensure governance and SOP adherence by allocated Business Partners
- Drive localised recognition and sales drive for the allocated Business Partners
- Manage attrition level of Business Partners
- Negotiate and establish profitable network of recruitment channels
