Role & responsibilities

  • Create Cluster sales plans for Home Loan/LAP and projection in alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Channel branch teams to identify potential home loan leads among their customer base and referral networks.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to promote home loan products and services within the branch network.
  • Track and analyze lead generation activities, including branch referrals, customer inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries received from Channel branches in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Regional sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop collateral and promotional materials for branch lead generation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the home loan industry.
  • Support Cross Sales Manager with day-to-day business activities. Report on Cluster sales results as and when required.
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Chanel sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Affrdable home loan market and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
