Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. He/she should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Coordinate marketing activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Handle emails, social media, and digital platforms to engage with customers
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Develop promotional content and materials for social media and different campaigns.
  • Develop internal/external presentations and prospect engagements
  • Be an excellent communicator who can engage teams across functions as well as external stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends)
  • Experience with marketing automation is desirable.
  • Proven experience developing digital marketing plans and campaigns
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Experience in market analysis and integrated marketing campaigns.
