Description
Purpose:
- Lifecycle Engagement: Work on different workstreams specific to customer lifecycle management including
- Lapser Engagement: Help in coordinating & executing engagement programs for lapser customers. Execute new experiments planned for lapser engagement & deep dive analysis on the same.
- Repeat Engagement: Execute experiments, own from start to end and also deep dive, do analysis on the same.
- Prime Engagement & Owner of OHL Prime Store :
- Drive prime targeted weblab campaigns & new experiments for OHL, X-GL (High propensity prime categories).
- Prime exclusive store: Will be owning the prime exclusive store for OHL where we also schedule events exclusively for prime members on monthly cadence / every non-ART month. Here we own the store from scratch – Wireframe creation, inputs collation, own merchandising, co-ordinate with X-GL teams for prime exclusive deals, schedule GW campaigns, manage all marketing channels for event promotion, configure coupons, go-live mail, post mortem mail, event analysis etc.
- Associates: Help to drive new experiments on all Associates channel i.e Associates carousel banner, Associates Idea deal hub tool, Incremental commission for partner level visibility & engagement. Manage/ track inputs for the same on daily basis & manage viz from OHL for Home shopping spree, Prime monthly days, habit forming store inputs & incremental campaigns.
- Apay Rewards : Act as OHL POC for apay rewards campaigns to be run for the Home & Kitchen PL, along with associated tasks of budget tracking, data analysis, experiments and execution.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate with good program management and data deep dive skills, and the ability to work and flourish in a matrix organization through effective stakeholder management and influencing without authority.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic HTML, Photoshop, SQL, Excel and Marketing Analytics
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in making data driven business decisions
