Role – Business Development Manager – Banca Sales (L6)

Education and Experience –

Graduation mandatory

4-15 yrs. in Life Insurance sector, Bancassurance experience will be preferred.

Job Role –

Handling business through more than 1 bank branch

Building Relationships with ROs and RMs in bank, and generate business

Handling the walk in customers as well as the old customers of the bank

Maintain quality parameters : 13M persistency

Maintain digital parameters : E NACH, PLVC

Cross sell through Multiple campaigns provided by HO

Professional Strengths –

Strong communication skills (English and regional language)

Stability – At least 1-2 years working with a same organization
