Job Purpose

To drive brand awareness, preference and aspirational imagery for Linen Club and its variants to realise business growth

Job Context

Linen Club is India ‘s number Linen fabrics and apparels brand with its presence in 200 EBOs and 8000 MBO outlets across the country. The brand is present in online space with its D2C channel Linenclub.com & across all leading marketplaces. We are seeking an experienced brand marketing professional to drive all brand communication initiatives rooted in consumer understanding, market dynamics, efficient media planning. The candidate will lead all brand communication development, consumer researches, traditional media planning & execution for Linen Club & its variants .

Additionally, will also be responsible for our premium cotton brand – Soktas

Accountability

Supporting Actions

Consumer Research

  • o Lead all consumer reaches for brand development from briefing the agencies, aligning stakeholders and delivery
  • o Use the research insights in brand development work with agility
  • o Manage brand health & top-down targets year on year

Communication Development

  • o Lead main line agency on brand marketing creatives across touch points
  • Manage and deliver high quality adverting shoots in static, digital & TVC formats
  • Partner with sales and other departments to proactively create requisite collaterals
  • Identify communication trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement benchmarked to category and competitive landscape
  • Media Planning & Buy
  • Lead annual media plan with agency as per brand plans.
  • Develop effective media campaigns across TV, print and outdoor in close collaboration with media agency
  • Monitor competitive activity on monthly basis and use insights to dynamically improve media performance
  • Consistently look for media opportunities, best practices and innovative media solutions to optimise

Budget & MIS

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources strategically
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements/ marketing automation
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand reach and brand awareness
