Role/Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Function/ Department: Toll and Transit

Roles & Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve FASTag sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, monitor industry trends and stay ahead of competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders in the Banking and FASTag ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in FASTag technology and regulations, ensuring all stakeholders and partners are well- trained on these.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive results, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Work with Product and tech team to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions.
  • Training of larger team and partners on new product features and processes
  • Data Analysis study to understand the business dynamics and prepare the strategies accordingly.
  • Report management
  • Responsible for assigned business P&L

Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate
Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree

Experience: 2 to 5 of experience in sales
