Achieve GWP targets with assigned partners and territory.
- Continuous interaction with brokers and other intermediaries
- Activate various POS mapped to ensure broad-based sourcing and increase in GWP issued
- Managing a pipeline to achieve desired numbers and to continuously updating the same
Train, develop and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals
- Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers.
- Motivate and help partner employees to share and even close more leads in timely manner.
- Improve the company’s mindshare and thereby wallet-share.
Adherence to Sales process
- Maintain a tracker of various visits and calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated
- Use of digital tools like Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization.
Renewal persistency
- Decoding client’s requirement, pain points and opportunity areas
- Providing need based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
