- Responsible for the New Gold loan customer acquisition in an assigned territory
- Generating prospects through various promotional activities
- Monitor and track the sales prospects.
- Monitor the performance & manage the productivity of the team.
- Leading a team of direct sales executives of 7 to 12 members
- Manage, Coach and motivate the team.
- Recruitment and training.
- Must have sales experience (Preferably direct sales)
- Territory familiarity.
- Speak the local language.
