Overview
Deliver exceptional operational services to sales teams. These services include reporting, dashboards, selling materials, budget management, and execution communication both internal and external. These activities will be conducted in support of retail customers. The ability to continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve the quality and timeliness of team output is valued.
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Sales Support Associate Analyst main activities;
- Ownership of all standard reporting
- Provide needed support for selling materials and execution communication both internal and external
- Actively conduct ongoing reviews of operational services to drive agility and effectiveness.
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data by agreed service level agreement.
- Focus on speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve the delivery of work.
- Hands-on knowledge of Power BI
- Automation, VBA/Macros, any visualization tools exp, should know any language(R/Python)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business administration/marketing.
- Experience with Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages. Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics platforms
- Demonstrate sound financial acumen, a lateral thinker, and data analysis strength with strong attention to detail
- DB / Customer management capabilities
- Analyse and communicate complex data
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities, and plan
- Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
