  • End To End Hyperlocal Campaign Management Identify Models and Campaign Trail for the month based on Volume Planning & Market Needs
  • Digital Matrix Success: Driving RO I ZO Wise business
  • Dealer Digital Performance: Hyperlocal Campaign Progression / Review : Track campaign lead flow,
  • Field feedback on the leads shared.
  • Digital Infrastructure :
    • Standardized Dealer Digital Assets
    • Google Business Profile : Sales and Service listing
    • Locator / Landing Pages
  • Dealer Social Media
    • Standardized Dealer Digital Platform
    • Lead Management System
    • Real Time Linkage Of Dealer’s Lead Acquisition
  • Digital Ecosystem Development- a) BDC : DEM I ICRE Availability
  • Capability Building & Certification of DEMs
  • Car Portal Budget allocation, Current month Retail targets- Planning brand wise enquiry requirement based on allocated budget. Sharing lead plan with car portals.
  • Booking Reconciliation : Cancellation Failure cases- Reconciling Failed bookings: To validate for cancellation and get booking/refund processed
  • Escalated concerns – online bookings-Concern Closure with support to Customer Care and Booking Support
  • Cases in refund que vs. fund availability-Funds availability for refund
  • Data for Updating CMS screen (Dealer Digital Assets) from ADC / Brand- Updated digital content across platforms

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s and /or Master’s Degree
