About the job

As a Digital Marketer at Wednesday, you will be responsible for showcasing what we do on client projects, write about our way of building and designing software. You will also participate in creating marketing strategies for Wednesday’s digital assets, such as the university program and the podcast.

This is a role for a generalist. You should be able to wear multiple hats – create strategies for SEO, paid advertising, launch social campaigns, etc.

Core Requirements

  • Strategy: Create marketing strategies that identify the benefits of our services to create awareness about the brand with our ICP.
  • Writing: Write copy that makes people take action. Participate in writing content for our blog, socials, newsletter, and other communication channels.
  • Creatives: Guide our design team to create graphics for the marketing strategies you create.
  • Performance Marketing: Use paid channels to showcase our services to our ICP.
  • Reporting: Be data-driven. Measure the impact of your activities and report them to your team.
  • Team Management: Be a team player. Help team members when needed.
  • Community: Help us build a community of practitioners. Spread the word about our practices and expertise.
