Roles & Responsibilities:
1. *Digital Strategy Development: * Develop comprehensive and data-driven digital marketing strategies that encompass various online platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, email marketing, and more.
2. *Budget Management: * Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI, allocate resources optimally across different channels, and closely monitor spending to ensure adherence to financial targets.
3. *Campaign Execution: * Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, from conceptualization to implementation, tracking, and optimization. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and business objectives.
4. *Performance Marketing: * Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring maximum performance, conversions, and customer engagement. Implement A/B testing and other tactics to continuously improve outcomes.
5. *Content Strategy: * Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant digital content that resonates with the target audience, driving brand awareness and customer loyalty.
6. *Social Media Management: * Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and responding to inquiries and comments.
7. *SEO and SEM: * Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve the brand’s online visibility, search rankings, and website traffic.
8. *Data Analysis and Reporting: * Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare insightful reports for key stakeholders. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments based on the findings.
9. *Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with broader company objectives.
10. *Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to keep the brand’s strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience 1- 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
– Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
