● Experience in end-to-end operations of digital marketing in an organization. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

● On page-Off page SEO knowledge

● Must have an understanding of the online and offline market.

● Core expertise – Strategizing, leadership skills, team management

● Deep understanding of SEO. Must be able to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content

● Must be able to handle all marketing activities including coordination with departments, planning and execution.

● Get marketing ideations/campaigns planned and prepared, keep a check on postings on social media, and manage MIS

● Open to creating videos, creator trait will be welcomed

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day management of all digital media channels and campaigns (e.g. paid social media, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter) to ensure brand consistency, fit with our organizational goals, and maximum effectiveness

Develop content to support partnerships and programming as necessary (e.g. creating posters, handouts or educational presentations)

Manage omnichannel tracking and reporting for key performance metrics

Must have a basic understanding of design skills. An ideal candidate can jump in to help produce social graphics or digital/print resources (comfortable with either Canva/Figma/other tools)

Must have strong writing skills. Must be someone who can repurpose complex topics into simple, engaging and relevant content to break down barriers to access and knowledge

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience. Finance industry experience preferred.
  • Must have a graduation degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Effective organizational skills

Salary: 40k-50k per month
