Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in

Google Ads and Face book marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital

marketing strategies to promote our hospital chains services, drive patient acquisition, and

enhance our client’s online presence.

the strategic utilization of cutting-edge data analysis, gen AI, and digital marketing

methodologies. We have developed a sophisticated range of AI-powered products, meticulously

tailored to augment revenue growth for pharmaceutical and healthcare enterprises,

predominantly within the United States and Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead e-commerce and performance marketing for largest healthcare brands in India and abroad.

Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Face book advertising campaigns to

increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for various healthcare

services offered by the hospital chain.

● Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad

copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis on Google Ads (AdWords)

platform.

● Strategically plan, execute, and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience

targeting, ad creatives, budget optimization, and performance analysis.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging digital

marketing strategies aligned with the hospital chain's goals and objectives.

● Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to generate actionable

insights and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in digital

marketing, particularly in Google Ads and Facebook Marketing, to ensure the hospital

chain remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.

● Training and development of the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters

degree preferred.

● Proven track record (7+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on managing Google Ads

and Facebook advertising campaigns, preferably within the healthcare or related

industry.

● Expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook Business Manager with a strong

understanding of PPC, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.

● Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and

interpret campaign performance metrics.

● Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to make

informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.

● Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to

work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Certifications in Google Ads (Google Ads Certification) and Facebook Blueprint Certification.

Experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEO, email marketing, content

marketing, etc.

Salary compensation: among best in industry (INR 11-13 lacs)

Seniority: 5-13 years
