Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to our start-up’s goals, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling, astrology-focused content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Build Online Community: Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms, fostering a community of astrology enthusiasts.
  • Analytics and Adaptation: Monitor digital campaign performance and website analytics; swiftly adapt strategies in response to data insights.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the founding team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, contributing to the start-up’s growth and direction.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage a limited marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a start up or small business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to produce creative and engaging content.
  • Interest in or knowledge of astrology is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
