Paid Marketing Manager is a marketing professional responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy and overseeing and supporting the marketing team members.

Job Description

  • Help Plan, Execute, Measure, and Improve Digital Marketing for each client to achieve the overall sales and engagement goals.
  • Research and create a roadmap for the next 3 to 6 months for each brand. Create a detailed plan which can be used to execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, Pinterest and Push Notifications.
  • Assign the relevant design work for at least two weeks to the design team with clear directions and maybe inspiration.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
  • Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results Measure the result and tweak the ads while training the people to achieve these optimizations themselves.
  • Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
  • Stay connected with the sales team to ensure that the knowledge from them is being used for optimizations and improvement. While keeping a close check on the overall sales for each brand and ensuring that we stay on the targeted sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills Strategic thinker with great analytical skills.
