Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities at HealthSy:
1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
o Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with HealthSy’s overall business objectives.
o Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and search engine marketing.
2. Social Media Management:
o Oversee and manage HealthSy’s presence on social media platforms.
o Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
o Monitor social media trends, track metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Content Marketing:
o Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance HealthSy’s online presence.
o Create and optimize content for various digital channels, including the company blog, website, and third-party platforms.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Implement SEO strategies to improve HealthSy’s search engine rankings.
o Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and regularly analyse and report on SEO performance.
5. Email Marketing:
o Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
o Monitor email campaign metrics and implement improvements based on performance analysis.
6. Paid Advertising:
o Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising.
o Monitor budgets, analyse ROI, and adjust campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
o Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse digital marketing performance.
o Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending adjustments to strategies.
8. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:
o Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
o Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
o Implement innovative and effective digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
11. Brand Management:
o Uphold and strengthen the HealthSy brand through consistent messaging and brand representation across digital channels.
12. A/B Testing and Optimization:
o Conduct A/B testing on various digital campaigns to identify the most effective strategies.
o Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
