Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Search Optimization: Drive organic traffic to the website, Play store and App store through relevant SEO and ASO initiatives

  • Implement on-page optimization (including keyword, meta tag and content optimization) to improve web and app rankings, and visibility in search results
  • Improve domain authority through relevant backlinks, guest blogging and social media engagement
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact website performance and search engine crawlability (such as site speed optimizations, URL structure, mobile responsiveness etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to implement Tech SEO recommendations

2. Performance Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various formats and channels to drive business goals

  • Run conversion-based campaigns through Google Ads (Search, Display, Video etc.) and Social Media Ads (Meta, LI, X etc.) platforms
  • Regularly analyse and optimize the performance of campaigns across marketing channels
  • Manage and stay within a monthly budget for all digital marketing spends
  • Regularly interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Run experiments, conversion tests, and predictive analysis across digital platforms to identify trends and best practices

3. Partner Ad Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns by advertising partners on Playo to maximize for impressions, clicks and conversions as per requirements

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Team to develop content formats that drive traffic, engagement and campaign goals

4. RoI Measurement: Take full ownership and responsibility of analysing results vis-à-vis inputs on the above-mentioned initiatives and continuously fine-tune strategies based on the analysis

 

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of SEO strategies, with an improvement in search engine rankings, organic traffic, and website performance
  • Thorough understanding and use of analytical tools (e.g., Search Console, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Ahref, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience of executing digital campaigns across ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
