Job Responsibilities:

 

· Oversee intake and execution workflow for digital marketing and lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders

· Generate leads from every possible source while controlling overall ROI and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

· Track, report and optimise key business metrics across different channels using a variety of tools

· Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Google Analytics

· Managing Different lead generation Marketing tools like- Whatsapp Campaigns, E mail marketing, FB Ads, Google ads, Youtube Marketing etc

· Own digital content metrics and content development processes

· Lead our social media strategy and expand social media presence by identifying new channels and opportunities.

· Work with agencies, influencers to define brand awareness and engagement goals for online activities

· Understand our target group perfectly and translate that knowledge to create the perfect targeting across all digital channels

· Researching and analysing performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contributing towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts

· Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.

 

Preferred profile

· Bachelor degree required.

· 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in Agency + Client handling

· Experience in multi-channel marketing management.

· Experience delivering KPIs, measurable output and financial results.

· Excellent project management, communication and people skills

· Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility

Salary : 6.00 to 8.40 LPA CTC
