Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role as a founding member of our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. Your contribution will be pivotal in establishing our online presence and driving digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans and strategies
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Analyze web traffic and user engagement to suggest improvements
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital content
  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytical tools
  • Create and manage digital marketing budgets
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices, tools, and trends in digital marketing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Certification in Google AdWords/Analytics is a plus
  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote work setting
  • Proven track record as a founding member of a digital marketing team is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
